You can also pay by cash on delivery. The cost of cash on delivery is 2 €.

Excludes countries outside Greece where payment by cash on delivery is not possible.

You can pay with your debit or credit card. Through the use of a debit / credit card, our online store uses the secure e-POS Paycenter payment system of Piraeus Bank.

You can pay by bank deposit either through a physical presence in a store or through e-banking. In the section "Payment methods" there is the bank account of our company.

The steps to place an online order are as follows:

Select the products you want, you are in the cart and press the "Checkout" button.
You have the right to place an order as a visitor, to register on the site of www.kosmio.gr having the opportunity to monitor your transactions or if you are already registered to log in to your account.
Fill in the shipping details and billing details.
Choose the payment method, accept the terms of use and complete your order.
Upon successful completion you will receive an email with the summary of your order.

The steps are simple:

From the main menu bar, click "Register".
Fill in the form with your e-mail and your details.
Select the "SAVE DATA" field

Changing a product is done hand in hand with the courier!

The cost of the changes is € 3.

Change due to product defect: When sending each order, our company checks the products for any defective parts. However, in case you receive a problematic product or the product is not what you ordered, you have the right to replace it, completely free of charge, after first sending us an e-mail with a photo of the defective or wrong product.

Changes are only valid if made within 14 days. The completion of your change takes place within 14 working days (Monday-Friday) from the moment you informed us of the desire for change.

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in excellent condition (not washed) and nothing must be missing from its packaging (cards, etc.).

It is important to keep the proof of your shipment from the courier company where it states the shipment number of your parcel until we receive your return.

The completion of your change takes place within 14 working days (Monday-Friday) from the moment you informed us of the desire for change. Return approval from the customer service department is required before changing the product.
